Canadian Wellhead Isolation Corp.
Safety Policy
Safety is a key factor of our company’s work. It is part of our
operation and is in place to protect our employees, customers,
property, the public and the environment.
Safety is important to our company because there are many costs to
accidents and unsafe work practices. Working in an unsafe manner can
cost, at worst lives, but can also cause harm to others, property or
the environment. By working safely, we protect our right to continue
in business and employ people.
If we work in a safe manner we help boost morale within our company.
This happens by having everyone contribute to the program. Any
employee, contractor or visitor to our workplace must adhere to our
safety program. Failure to do so may result 'in disciplinary actions
ranging from suspension to dismissal, or may lead to legal action by
government regulators.
Everyone employed by Canadian Wellhead Isolation Corp. is
responsible for maintaining our safety program. Managers and
supervisors are responsible for identifying safety needs, pointing
out hazards, investigating accidents and providing training to all
employees. Management will also provide safe equipment and ensure it
is properly maintained.
All employees of Canadian Wellhead Isolation Corp. must wear
personal protective equipment when required, participate in training
programs and inform management of any and all unsafe working
conditions. Everyone has the right and responsibility to refuse to
do work if an unsafe condition exists.
By following our safe work practices, everyone will share the
benefits of a safe workplace.
